1. What is CIPL's return policy?
You may return a book/merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. If it does not meet your expectations, has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or was incorrectly sent to you. Returned books/merchandise must be in sellable condition.
2. How to raise a dispute for an order?
To raise a dispute, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) and provide proof of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. We will replace the item if it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equivalent value. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us. Partial returns of special package items are not permitted.

4. Return/Store Credit Form?
Please use this form to process your Return or Store Credit.
5. When will I receive my Store Credit?
Store Credit is initiated after we receive and verify the returned product's condition. Store Credit or exchanges will not be processed for wrong orders placed by customers. Please ensure accuracy before placing your order. Store Credit submitted after the allowed period will not be processed. Store Credit is handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Shipping Charges & Estimated Delivery Time?
We offer free standard deliveries across India, which typically take 5 to 7
business days. Expedited delivery is available for a fee of Rs 120, with
delivery in 2 to 3 days, depending on location and service availability.
7. How will the delivery be handled?
We process deliveries through trusted courier services such as Delhivery and
Indian Speed Post.
8. How are items packaged?
All products are carefully packed using bubble wrap and corrugated boxes to
prevent damage during transit.
9. Can I make a payment through my mobile?
Yes, you can make payments via UPI option. Additionally you can use the credit/debit card or internet banking on the website.
